Kerry Carew

Kerry-Lee is special counsel in our Banking + Projects practice group and has advised sponsors, lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border corporate, acquisition, leveraged and general syndicated and non-syndicated financing transactions. 

Kerry-Lee has a BA Law and LLB (Cum Laude) from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa (currently on the non-practising roll) and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018.
