She advises clients on complex commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory investigations and ESG-related risk. Her experience involves corporate governance, business and human rights, climate reporting, greenwashing and other sustainability-related issues.
Lily has a particular focus on ESG disputes, climate change and human rights law, and works with clients across a range of sectors on both contentious and strategic risk and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lily was a Tipstaff to the Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales and an Associate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
