Jen specialises in complex technology procurement and transformation projects, including IT and business process outsourcing, systems development and integration and other bespoke commercial arrangements. Her practice includes advising clients on associated consumer, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection compliance obligations, digital asset (including data) commercialisation and the adoption of emerging and disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and internet of things.
Jen has a wealth of experience in supporting major projects across their entire lifecycle, and has an in-depth understanding of the legal, technical and commercial drivers for the procurement of technology, particularly for use on transportation networks in the emerging ‘Infratech’ field.
She regularly advises clients in the technology, telecommunications, financial services, government, eCommerce, healthcare and transportation sectors, amongst others. Jen’s practice also includes advising on technology and operational separation and transition arrangements associated with M&A transactions.
Jen has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours I) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, and holds a certificate in Data, Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics.
